In the company "The Moscow design office "Kompas", the engaged development of the radio navigational equipment, complete the project of automation based on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 system. Implementation is executed by IT holding "1st Architect of business".
Insufficiency of data for management accounting, lack of operational information against the background of the increasing production volumes the companies timely did not allow and to report fully to customers on consumption of materials and means on prepayment, to carry out inventory, in time to react to a shortcoming or surplus of component parts and parts for production. Besides, regulated accounting was kept in "paper and journal" option that led to increase in errors and took a lot of time accountant officers.
Setting of serial material accounting became the main feature of the project. In the company the material consumption on each manufacturing stage of a specific series of devices up to its release should be fixed strictly. It is necessary that at any time upon the demand of the customer it was possible to trace, materials from what batch which arrived what number, purchased at what cost were used by production of this product series.
Besides, the state quality control which also requires the strict accounting on release of each product series and the used materials (for production of high-precision devices parts only with a large supply of an expiration date are strictly used) works at the enterprise. The standard functionality of the implemented system and the minimum completions under specifics of accounting allowed to solve these problems completely.
The special forms including everything cost data on accomplishment of each specific order and to the used materials were developed for the reporting before a state quality control. The same reports are used by accountant officers for accounting of the export VAT as allow to see what materials of cost and what series went according to the export order. Thanks to it it became simpler to select primary documents for return of the export VAT.
In the company labor costs were reduced by inventory and time of selection of materials for accomplishment of orders, control over warehouse stocks increased, supplier orders at a lack of component parts began to form timely. Reduction of time for tracking of debts in settlement with partners belongs to important project deliverables.
60 jobs are automated. At the enterprise the following subsystems are implemented: order management, purchases, sales, stocks, production planning, purchase planning, cost management, management of fixed assets, accounting and tax accounting.
