Consultant Ivanovo Plus simplifies customer service

The regional information center "Consultant Plus" in the Ivanovo region implements the CRM system on the basis of the solution "Klient-Communicator: Management of small business". System provider is "The marketing company MOST" (Yaroslavl).

The project started in January, 2010 and now passes working test. On the basis of the selected solution specialists of Consultant Ivanovo Plus independently configure new interfaces, reference books and reports that a system as much as possible met the business processes and expectations of employees admitted to the companies.

The solution is delivered in the form of a ready configuration for complex control automation and complete with tools for flexible configuration. This array of instrumentation of the administrator allows to finish without skills of programming a system according to specific tasks of business.

The functionality of the CRM solution allows to organize management of the customer base of data of the company; manage sales processes - from the first contact before leading of financial results; manage processes of maintenance of clients, including regular customer service of a system of law.

Besides, the software product allows to conduct electronic document management, to automate contract management and primary documents; control tasks and instructions to employees; exercise control of finance and budgeting.

At the same time users can connect to the single database through the Internet. The solution is intended also for automation of the analytical reporting and allows to use widely such tools as multidimensional data analysis (OLAP) and the designer of reports with business graphics of Crystal Reports.
