2020: Implementation of the Documentino EDMS

The company ID Management Technology"" completed a project to implement the system electronic document management EDD in JSC "" (Fiber-optic line control 100% Russia. Figure subsidiary of PJSC ").Rosseti This became known on October 19, 2020.

The information infrastructure of Rosseti Tsifra company used an outdated document management system before the project was launched. The quality of the company's document flow has ceased to meet the requirements for efficiency, flexibility and manageability. As a result, the customer needed to implement a single automated workflow and document management system.

The main goals of the project are to increase the efficiency of working with documents, create a database of office and contract documentation, as well as automate the exchange of correspondence with the executive apparatus and the SDC of PJSC Rosseti.

The project was carried out on the basis of the EDMS solution - the electronic document management system of the ID Management Technology company (entered into the register of Russian software from the 27.05.2016) implemented on the Documento platform, the creator of which is also ID Management Technology.

As a result of the project, it was possible to create a solution that covers the basic functionality necessary for the customer with the possibility of expanding it. As of October 2020, more than 330 users are connected to the system, and the option of significant scaling is also provided, including due to the possibility of integration with the information systems of the customer company.

Within the framework of the project, the processes of management document flow of the customer were automated: registration, accounting of incoming and outgoing correspondence; approval and signing of organizational and administrative documents, their communication to the executors and control of execution; approval, signing, review and execution of internal and contractual documents; putting documents under control, searching for documents.

I note that a fairly large-scale project was completed in a short time, both due to the competencies and experience of the contractor, and thanks to the cooperation of specialists of JSC "VOLS-VL Management" within the project. On our part, a working group was formed, a project manager was allocated from the functional customer and the IT department. The pandemic did not interfere with the preparation of the system for commissioning. Training and launch, as well as technical support for the solution within the framework of pilot operation, were carried out in full in remote mode. The flexible and modern EDMS platform allowed users to quickly undergo the necessary adaptation, "said Sergei Medvedev, director of the department for development and support of infrastructure solutions at VOLS-VL Management JSC.

Users on the customer's side showed themselves not only in mastering functionality, but also formed the wishes necessary for the development of the platform, some of which were developed promptly as part of pilot operation. A short-term development plan was also determined, which we took into account in the product development roadmap, - said Mikhail Egorov, executive director of ID Management Technology.
