The company CorpSoft24 on September 14, 2022 announced the launch of a personnel electronic document management system based on the updated version "1C: Document Flow of 8" version 3, 8" s oluti on and the "1C: Employee's Office" service. This will simplify personnel, management and administrative processes and work more efficiently.

Personnel workflow takes most of the document management of any company, requires a significant amount of time, distracts employees from the main work. To optimize this process, the CorpSoft24 has implemented a paperless personnel electronic document management (EDC) system. She earned from September 1, 2022.

Already about 70% of the company confirmed their transition to electronic document management. In the near future, the share of those who can interact with the personnel service in electronic form will be increased to 95%.

Without arriving at the office, CorpSoft24 employees will be able to receive payroll, notify about absence from the workplace, see the rest of vacation days, and apply for vacation. Also, remotely, they will request the necessary certificates from the accounting department, adjust personal data, and be remembered "against signature" in electronic form with orders and orders.

With the help of an electronic digital signature (EDS), it is possible to quickly sign all personnel documents: for this, an enhanced unqualified digital signature is created by an employee independently in the employee's office itself.

So far, we are talking about launching a typical functionality of the employee's office, but in the future CorpSoft24 plans to customize it for its needs and continue the development of the KEDO system.
