2025: Teal HR Implementation
The legal company "Council Ligal" automated the internal motivation system using the Til Eichar platform. Before that, the system was already working, but was based on manual accounting in Excel. Yuztech (UseTech) announced this on July 17, 2025.
Before the implementation of the platform, Council Legal used its own motivation system: each employee was allocated an annual budget depending on the length of service. But the data was kept manually - in Excel tables, and fatigue from manual processes, confusion with checks, double reconciliations and constant questions accumulated in the HR team.
In addition, there was no emotional involvement, the existing model did not meet the expectations of the younger generation of employees. The decision on automation made it possible to maintain the strengths of the existing approach, while making the motivation convenient, understandable and lively.
From the start of the project to a full launch, only 20 working days passed. During this time, the Til Eichar team adapted the accrual rules for the internal Council League system, filled the platform with categories of benefits and activities, issued a reward showcase and conducted initial training for managers. Despite the tight timing, the launch was soft: employees quickly got used to the platform and joined the first challenges.
Council Ligal retained key elements of its former system - compensation budgets tied to seniority - and fully automated the process with the help of Teal Eichar. When registering on the platform, the employee is charged an annual budget to the Council of COINs. They can be spent on various categories of expenses - from children's sections to an upgrade of the workplace. At the same time, employees now earn additional bonuses for participating in corporate challenges.

Employees receive the Council of KOINs not only for experience, but also for participation in activities. For example: write an article in the knowledge base, listen to a podcast and share your thoughts, take 7 thousand steps in a day, make a series of reposts, learn foreign words or read a book. Team formats are also held - for example, a quest in the office.
The company also moved regular eNPS polls to the Til Eichar platform. Now feedback is collected in a convenient digital format, and the results have become visual and easily tracked in dynamics.
Employees of the "Council of Legal" can spend earned by the Council of COIN on compensation from pre-approved categories. In the store - not only classic options like taxi compensation to the office or payment for travel, but also unusual formats. For example, you can:
- update the workplace in the office - order a new chair or monitor;
- pay for children's sections for the child;
- send funds to charity;
- Get additional days in remote format.
Freedom of choice is an important part of the company's motivational culture. The employee himself determines what is valuable to him.
