Specialists of 1C-Rarus company completed the project on automation of the Dvorik cafe located in the Smolensk region. Implementation of the software product "1C: A public catering 8" in 5 workplaces allowed to solve problems of an inventory accounting, cutting of goods, calculation of cost value of semi-finished products and dishes, to consider implementation with automatic formation of postings on accounting and tax accounting.
The Dvorik (Desnogorsky rynok Trading Company LLC) cafe is located in the Smolensk region, in the city of Desnogorsk.
The management of cafe needed to increase efficiency of the enterprise by implementation of a transparent accounting system. When choosing the software product the company relied on following features:
- Work with process charts, calculation of dishes and semi-finished products;
- Conducting inventory accounting;
- Conducting production accounting;
- Formation of the analytical and unified reporting;

- Work with lists of compoundings: maintaining list, drawing up process charts, use of several compoundings of preparation of one dish, maintaining list of interchangeable products;
- Accounting of preparation of dishes, quantity and the amounts of the ingredients which are written off in production according to the compoundings got earlier;
- Accounting of warehouse transactions: receipts, movements, inventories and write-offs of inventory stocks.
