Divisions of Emercom of Russia use the 3CX Phone System IP platform

Branch of the Southern regional search and rescue group IP apply in the work the 3CX Phone System platform and modern telecommunication equipment.

The project of equipment of new division of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the city of Krymsk (the Southern Federal District, Krasnodar Krai) was implemented by modern means of communication within providing the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia with telephony of divisions. YuRPSO branch is created and is based on the territory of a fire brigade and thus both structures have the general telecommunication network now. Providing with high-quality telephone communication with federal departmental network for coordination of actions of all services became the main objective of the project. From the beginning of use of telecommunication platform 3CX this search and rescue the group will quicker react to incidents and if necessary other divisions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations will be able "timely to lend it a shoulder". The reliable communication is the major component for accomplishment of responsible work of the rescue and fire fighting center therefore specialists of IT Center company integrator approached implementation of complex retrofitting with all thoroughness.

For implementation of the project the equipment meeting modern standards of telephony was picked up. Technical specialists of IT Center Group as a basis of the new telecommunication platform selected the multiservice gateway Grandstream which provides a joint with the PSTN, connection of analog telephone sets and fax devices. The server on which the 3CX Phone System virtual IP PBX on 8 simultaneous calls is installed is built in the chassis of the gateway. In all departments the Yealink SIP-T20 IP phones were installed. Thus, one chassis carries out all tasks connected with providing with telephone communication the rescue and fire fighting center and also the tasks connected with automatic configuring of SIP telephones.

The 3CX Phone System virtual IP PBX was selected because of the universal functionality. The station creates reliable interaction of devices of the different producers involved in new by a LAN of search and rescue group of Krymsk. Thanks to the functionality IP PBX 3CX supports the whole complex of additional opportunities which are poor-selling in normal architecture of automatic telephone exchange, for example providing auto-provision for SIP telephones and also call center for acceptance of emergency calls.
