The bank of stem cells Kriocentre implements the automation system of all types of accounting

The 1C-Rarus company automated Bank of Stem Cells Kriocentre using software "1C-Rarus: Out-patient clinic, edition 1" and "1C: Accounting 8", on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.

Objectives

For reaching the new level of controllability of the enterprise, increase in efficiency of its work and profitability, the management Kriocentre made the decision on creation of an automated system.

The new ACS had to:

• exclude information losses about finance and clients of the company;
• provide management tools with relationship with clients (CRM);
• ensure smooth operation of laboratory and cryogenic storage.

Having analyzed the list of the companies having competence in automation of the medical organizations and proposing specialized solutions in the health care industry, and also, the custom solutions and the works certified on technology having wide experience on creation in the ISO 9001:2000 system, the management stopped the choice on 1C-Rarus.

Solution

As a basis for a new information system software products "1C-Rarus were selected: Out-patient clinic, edition 1" and "1C: Accounting 8" on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.

As a result of implementation the main divisions are automated:

• customer relations department;
• dispatching service;
• laboratory on selection of stem cells;
• kliniko-diagnostic laboratory;
• cryogenic storage of samples;
• accounting;
• operational cash desk of the enterprise;
• warehouse Inventories.
