On September 20, 2016 the 1C-Rarus company announced implementation of Lease of 1C service in DC motors company.
Before a customer appeal were processed manually, information on goods was not structured, data were stored in separate prices. For automation of a company performance the cloud service Lease of 1C from 1C-Rarus company was selected. The information system is created based on two software products: 1C: Trade Management and customer relations (CRM)" and "1C: Accounting 8".
Project Results
As a result of transition to cloud computing the customer managed to systematize all commodity nomenclature. Earlier information on products of suppliers was stored in separate tabular files. Now all data, and it is more than 7 thousand names, are integrated in uniform base. Search of this or that position takes several seconds. Error probability as it was earlier at manual entry of article number is excluded. The client receives that modification of the engine which he ordered, the number of returns tends to zero.
At the same time, the processing speed of orders increased. Before the supply requisition of the equipment were processed manually. Specialists of sales department and accounting were involved in formation of one account. Preparation of a document package took from four hours to several days. Now all work is performed by one specialist. On formation of the account no more than 1-2 minutes leave. On a response of the customer, increase in the service level promoted growth of a customer loyalty and increase in number of regular customers.
The scheme of work with clients is built. In base "1C: Trade Management and customer relations (CRM)" all data on customers are systematized, and these are more than 1000 legal entities. Almost daily the base is replenished with information on new clients. The responsible manager can look at all history of relationship with the customer, create an individual discount or optimal conditions of delivery.
Besides, DC motors it was succeeded to minimize costs for conducting accounting and tax accounting. The accounting service is abolished. All current tasks are transferred to outsourcing to specialists who work with 1C: Accounting 8 base through Lease of 1C service.
