The DHL company creates a single system of personnel management

In DHL Express company the single system on personnel management and payroll using the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" software product is created. As integrator the Microtest company is attracted.

The decision on implementation of the unified information system of personnel management was made for the purpose of receiving a possibility of providing reports for the head company according to the accepted corporate and international standards.

Within the project the following processes are automated: accounting of personnel according to the Russian legislation and corporate standards; payroll taking into account specifics of the company (including calculation of taxes and other compulsory contributions); formation of postings both under RAS, and on IFRS; formation of the analytical reporting.

In a project deliverable time expenditure on planned and accounting transactions is reduced by 30%; terms of payroll are reduced to 1-2 days; from several to 5-10 o'clock minutes report generation speed is increased.

Automation of difficult settlement processes of the salary and management accounting of personnel allowed to reduce time for a vyponeniye of routine transactions and to focus on quality improvement of accounting and managerial functions.
