Dairy Grace (1C: Enterprise)

Specialists of the Center of solutions Linux of representative office of Softline in Yekaterinburg completed implementation of the second software package "1C: Enterprise" running the Linux operating system in IT infrastructure of JSC Molochnaya Blagodat.

The enterprise was faced by a task to select the optimal solution providing the continuity of a production cycle on processing of milk at the smallest costs. The continuity of production is impossible without the high level of fault tolerance of information systems, in particular, of the software package "1C: Enterprise".

At the beginning of last year engineers of the Center of solutions of Softline company for the purpose of increase in fault tolerance and performance and also considerable cost reduction in JSC Molochnaya Blagodat performed implementation of the 1C: Enterprise server on the basis of the Linux platform. The solution was very effective, cutting of costs for licensing of one server "1C: Enterprise" was more than 200 thousand rubles. Therefore when before the organization there was a need for deployment of one more server "1C: Enterprise", the choice was predetermined.

Within the project installation of the CentOS distribution kit and also the 1C: Enterprise 8.1 server is made. As DBMS freely extended PostgreSQL which work is optimized by specialists of the Center of solutions for achievement of the maximum performance measures of a software package was used. Means of backup for the purpose of protection of integrity of data were in addition integrated.
