The Dalsvyaz tames BARS on the basis of Oracle

The IBS Borlas company performed implementation of own solution "The System of Formation of Accounting Records according to Practice of RAS" (software of "BARS") in JSC Dalsvyaz.

Base and tasks

At the heart of the implemented project - technology of Oracle. The project task - to automate formation of accounting records for the telecom operator in a corporate information system based on Oracle E-Business Suite.

Choosing a Solution

One of the most important functions of an information system of the company - preparation of accounting records. For the purpose of providing the RAS format required by practice and also reduction of terms of preparation of the reporting, accounting work simplification the management of JSC Dalsvyaz made the decision on the implementing solution IBS Borlas "The System of Formation of Accounting Records according to Practice of RAS" (software of "BARS").

The essence of the solution is that booking data from CIS are loaded into the data warehouse where on their basis, according to the qualifiers set by users reports are created. The solution is integrated with management subsystems finance, material flows, personnel, its value is that new forms of the reporting prepare without involvement of developers that provides efficiency of work of accounting.

Customer's assessment

The director of the department of accounting and methodology of JSC Dalsvyaz Larisa Kondratyuk notes that the accounting service of the company was hit in the hands the new flexible tool – the designer of reports and also library of the ready report forms which are most often used by preparation of the reporting. According to her, simplification and acceleration of work of accountant officers and also a possibility of flexible modification of the reporting under needs of users became result of implementation of this IT solution.
