The department of informatization and communication of Krasnodar Krai completed implementation of the AIS "ETsU"

On May 6, 2015 it became known of project completion of implementation and upgrade of automated information system "The uniform center of services" (AIS ETsU) by request of Department of informatization and communication of Krasnodar Krai. Implementation was carried out by LANIT company.

Project Progress

In the course of project works the personal account of the government employee and the mechanism of processing of interdepartmental requests in the AIS ETsU is upgraded. The standard functionality of a system is complemented with the register of real estate units, the functionality of maintaining the register of the licenses granted by regional executive authorities of Krasnodar Krai is developed. It allowed to use data from registers for the automated filling of parameters of interdepartmental requests and printings of licenses. Specialists of LANIT developed the solution allowing to create automatically on the basis of data of the AIS ETsU on the regional portal of public services an application form on rendering service in electronic form.

Using the AIS ETsU on the regional portal 33 public services are transferred to an electronic form.

For 9 services of Department of Labour and Employment of the population of Krasnodar Krai which automation of process is provided with the Catharsis PC departmental system integration of this system into the regional portal of public services is carried out. On the portal the possibility of prerecording for receiving services in MFC of edge is implemented.

The LANIT performed works on implementation and updating based on the AIS ETsU of the interdepartmental electronic interaction necessary at rendering 20 public services of the Ministry of social development and family policy of Krasnodar Krai. An opportunity to provide 17 types of data for federal authorities (according to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 6/29/2012 No. 1123-P), including data from land registers, statements from house registers, the data which are contained in permission to commissioning of an object of capital construction or in the construction license, data on receiving social payments, approvals of transport routes of dangerous loads and many others is provided to municipal and regional executive authorities.

Dmitry Rozevika, the Head of Department of informatization and communication of Krasnodar Krai, noted: "Krasnodar Krai implements decrees of the Russian President according to which levels of availability of state services and satisfaction from public services should reach 90%. By February, 2015 this indicator in our region exceeded planned value and reached 95%. A share of the citizens having access to receiving state services in the principle of "one window" exceeded 35%. The project implemented together with LANIT became an important stage in achievement of so high rates. We will continue to work actively in this direction".
