The department of tenders and auctions of the Ivanovo region updated an information security system

On April 16, 2018 the KSB-SOFT company announced that in March, 2018 specialists of the company completed the complex project on updating of a system of information security support and recertification of information system Web Biddings PC in Department of tenders and auctions of the Ivanovo region.

The department performs function of regulation of the procedure of determination of suppliers for the state customers and budget institutions conducting procurement therefore its work needs providing with an information security system. Planning and forecasting of purchases, control of expenditure of budgetary funds, order placement on EIS and ETP, control and performance of contracts – all these processes should be automated. Resolution No. 1091 Ministry of Economic Development Russia in 2013 set uniform requirements to ensuring integration of the regional and municipal systems in the field of purchases with EIS and other systems, to their software and information security.

The software package of WEB-Torgi-KS is applied more than in 23 territorial subjects of the Russian Federation. In 13 regions works on its protection and certification for security requirements of information are carried out.

In the conditions of the increasing risk of cyber attacks the protected functioning of the electronic trading system acquires special relevance. Besides, invariable are checks of FSTEC of Russia and FSB of Russia on compliance to requirements for data protection. Therefore for implementation of own functions properly organization needs to have the effective information security facility, an automated system for management of all organizational and technical actions for data protection, being constantly ready to checks of regulators and having wide functionality for generation and maintaining necessary documentation on protection of GIS.

The complex of works in Department of tenders and auctions of the Ivanovo region included installation, testing and implementation organizational and technical the information security facility on the basis of preliminary expert audit of a current status of information security. According to the results of the carried-out works certificates of compliance of information system Web Biddings PC to requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of data protection were issued to Department that confirms its readiness for checks of Roskomnadzor, FSB of Russia and FSTEC of Russia. "KSB-SOFT" guarantees permanent updating of the information security facility, automatic updating of documentation according to changes of the legislation, issues certificates of compliance and performs further support.

Similar practice of implementation of automated systems of organizational measures in the field of data protection not only increases the level of information security of separate regional executive authority, but also promotes maintenance of the state IT sovereignty, provides harmonious functioning of all subordinated network where all parts of whole work as the harmonious mechanism, and data and systems are protected.
