In April 2017 Syntellect , he implemented a project to develop a solution based on the TESSA platform for modernizing technological procedures for processing incoming, outgoing and internal documents and transferring data on documents created in and the EDMS Agencies history of their processing to this solution.

TESSA Platform Solution Purpose and Objectives

The solution provides storage, search and modernization of procedures for registration and processing of the following types of company documents:

  • Incoming correspondence (letters and appeals of citizens)
  • Outgoing Correspondence
  • Service Notes
  • Powers of attorney
  • Contracts
  • Documents of collegial bodies
  • Organizational and administrative documents

In addition to document processing, the solution automates the processing of orders without linking them to documents. The solution also provides migration of reference data from the Agency's SED, search, review of archival documents created in the Agency's SED and history of actions on them.
