DIM automates trade management

On December 18, 2013 the 1C-Rarus company announced project completion on automation of shop of the French DIM underwear with the help "1C: Retail. Clothing store and footwear".

Project Tasks

The company opened new shop in the territory of RIO shopping and entertainment center in the city of Moscow. The company management made the decision on need of automation of shop for the purpose of increase in management efficiency and planning and also improvement of service quality of buyers.

Software product "1C: Retail. The clothing store and footwear" is selected by an example of use by other shops of network. The 1C-Rarus company became the partner in the project.

Project Results

"1C: Retail. The clothing store and footwear" helps to adjust effective work of selling assistants and cashiers thanks to existence in information base of detailed information on existence of goods, characteristics and the prices and also quick search of goods by the set criteria. Registration of personal sellings motivates employees for fruitful work with buyers. The program contains convenient functionality of informing clients on actions, discounts, updates and promotion activities using SMS mailing.

The management of DIM shop in Rio shopping Center got the tool for control of trade operations and a job of employees. Availability of analytical information allows to plan further activity and to introduce necessary amendments. Automation helped to increase profitability of shop and a customer loyalty.
