The project of creation of the center of telephone service (CTS) of the Tyumen region is complete, the NAUMEN company which provided to the project a software platform of Naumen Contact Center reported on June 10, 2013.

Background

The project orderer Department of informatization of the Tyumen region, the contractor - NAUMEN company.

The center of telephone service of the Tyumen region began the work in February, 2013.

"From the contractor of the project all works were performed qualitatively and at the scheduled time. Specialists of NAUMEN showed the high level of professionalism, having fulfilled all technical requirements imposed by us to a system, – Maxim Sedinkin, the head of the center of telephone service of the Tyumen region noted. – Today services of technical service center are in great demand at residents of Tyumen. Daily operators of technical service center process more than 1000 calls. 93% of incoming calls are accepted within 40 seconds. The average time of waiting of the answer is 9 seconds. The share of the passed calls does not exceed 7%, at all this who did not phone to us, a system automatically does a call back (callback)".
"Project works were broken into five stages and are fully completed in February of the current year. At the final stage we provided key user training and system administrators, including accomplishment of practical tasks on setup of principal components of the solution. At the moment we provide technical support of a system", – Alexey Sadovsky, the head on development of the direction of contact centers of NAUMEN told.
