| To optimize operational efficiency, delivery speed and expand the local range for buyers, we decided to launch another delivery model - from darkstores. When they are opened, a natural question arises, how to optimally choose locations and assortment? To enrich our expertise, we turned to the T-Data analytical project to conduct consumer research. T-Data provided an analysis of impersonal data on the target audience in various locations in Moscow, including information on age groups, shopping preferences, as well as where customers shop, and on popular categories and products. Based on the information received, the Dixy retail chain was able to determine the optimal locations for darkstores and get a clear idea of the assortment that is in demand in a specific location. This cooperation gave the company the opportunity not only to focus on the range of retail stores, but to add demanded goods, increasing the efficiency of each darkstore. Thanks to T-Data analytics, Dixie has obtained clear data to inform her business decisions, which significantly optimizes the process of launching darkstores. |
