2025: HR Ecosystem Implementation

GC Corus Consulting"" completed the first stage of the project to implement HR an eco-system for more than 3,000 employees. federal developer DOGMA The solution is built on a platform Bitriks24 using a finished product. K-Team HRM This was announced Corus Consulting by "" on January 20, 2026.

DOGMA is a federal developer implementing integrated development projects in the Krasnodar Territory, Moscow and Leningrad Regions, Kaluga and Omsk. The company has more than 3,000 employees as of January 2026.

The growth of DOGMA demanded a new level of digitalization of internal processes. Existing tools have ceased to meet the scale of tasks: the corporate portal needed to update the interface and functionality, and standard HR solutions did not provide the necessary depth of automation of key business processes. The goal of the project was to create a modern digital ecosystem - a single workspace where employees' daily tasks (from planning vacations to participating in corporate life) are solved quickly, predictably and with a minimum number of actions.

After market analysis, DOGMA management decided to implement K-Team HRM, a platform that made it possible to create a powerful HR hub, preserving the continuity of business processes from the Bitrix ecosystem. 24 The implementation was implemented in stages according to the MVP methodology, relying on a detailed project roadmap developed jointly before the start of work.

Instead of a long development of the "ideal" system, we focused on launching basic functions that immediately brought measurable benefits to the business and important data for the development of the system. Clear adherence to the methodology and coordination of the teams made it possible to meet a short deadline, "said Aygul Vanina, head of the DOGMA project office.

We shifted the focus from implementing features to creating an environment. As a result, DOGMA received not a set of tools, but a single ecosystem, where HR processes are naturally built into the daily work of each of the 3,000 employees, - said Anton Bobrov, Development Director of K-Team HRM Group of Companies KORUS Consulting.

Implementing the MVP principle, the teams identified two priority areas for the first release. The first stage is the creation of a digital workplace and a single source of information. Key sections of the portal were adapted to the corporate style of the company. The organizational structure and the employee guide clearly show the structure of the company for quick search of colleagues' contacts. Employees get access to all corporate and HR services through their personal account. Information and communication has become more centralized thanks to a single news feed. Setting and tracking progress on tasks also takes place in the built-in HRM module.

Employees were able to personalize the main page by customizing widgets and quick links for their needs. The key condition for work was seamless integration with 1S:ZUP to automatically update data on the structure and employees without manual input.

As part of the second stage of the project, the focus has shifted to automating business processes that will free the HR team from routine operations and provide employees with a convenient tool for working independently with personnel procedures and corporate information.

Now employees plan and coordinate vacations directly in their personal account, and HR specialists work in the usual 1C interface without duplication of data. The schedule for 2026 is already being formed in the new system. The company has a knowledge base structured according to the principle of "employee path" - from adaptation to constant work. Its systematic filling with regulations and templates began.

The project was the starting point for the comprehensive digital transformation of the HR function into DOGMA. At the current stage, key results have already been achieved: about 3,000 employees received centralized access to all corporate services through a single portal. In turn, the HR service plans to redistribute resources from routine operations to strategic tasks - data analysis, development of competencies and increased staff involvement, having received modern automation tools for this.

We have already formulated ambitious plans for the development of the portal. The roadmap includes a personal account of the manager, an adaptation system, tools for assessing and developing talents, as well as a transfer to the portal for managing assignments and corporate tasks. We carefully plan each stage, and this approach fully coincides with the K-Team philosophy. Partnership and synergy of teams are the key to success, "said Marina Romanova, Director of Personnel Management and Organizational Development of DOGMA Group of Companies.
