2022: Implementation of a comprehensive design solution for products containing cable networks
TsNTU "Dynamics" Technodinamika Rostec As part of the digital transformation of production, the State Corporation has introduced a comprehensive the Russian IT solution for the design of products containing cable networks. The solution allows you to conduct work within the entire life cycle of aircraft simulators inside a single information space, which, in turn, will increase the competitiveness of the products due to a reduction in the time of their manufacture and an increase in quality. The company ASCON announced this on February 17, 2022.
In the production of aircraft simulators, the task of designing cable networks in the context of the entire product has been completely solved using Russian engineering software. Its developers are ASCON, OKB Aerospace Systems and Eremex. Previously, enterprises used disparate software tools, including foreign ones.
The important technical quality of the domestic IT solution consists in integration of the specialized computer-aided engineering system of cable networks (a CAD "Max") with [1] in which development of all product, with use of a control system standard and help informatsiyeypoliny is conducted : MDM and control systems engineering dannymilotsman: PLM. The introduction of digital tools made it possible to build an end-to-end chain: from a single source of regulatory and reference information to the delivery of design and technological documentation to the archive. Throughout this chain, data exchange between systems is automated, which eliminates the possibility of data distortion or the use of irrelevant information.
Introducing the domestic software solution into the production process, the specialists of TsNTU "Dynamics" needed to issue a set of design documentation in a short time, according to which it would be possible to manufacture and commissioning the aircraft with a minimum number of improvements. The experience of pilot use of the domestic integrated solution showed that cases of non-connection of the response parts of the connectors due to their incorrect selection were reduced to almost zero, cases of duplication of contacts on the circuits were excluded. The uniform design style of the entire set of documentation simplified the procedure for coordinating with standard control. The product on which the domestic IT solution was tested has already been delivered to the customer.
Application of the Russian IT solution for design of aviation exercise machines - one of key stages of the large-scale project on digital transformation of productions by means of domestic software products which for February, 2022 is implemented in CNTU "Loudspeaker", - the CEO of Technodinamika holding, the curator of the Ulyanovsk and Penza regional offices of Russian Engineering Union, the member of bureau of League of assistance to the defense enterprises Igor Nasenkov told. - The introduction of current technologies in business processes will increase the efficiency of the enterprise and will increase the competitiveness of products. We expect that the implementation of the project on digitalization of TsNTU "Dynamics" will reduce by 20-60% the duration of design and technological preparation of production, by 40% the time for searching for information, the costs of preparing and issuing technical documentation. In addition, the time for the development, manufacture and delivery of products will decrease by 30%, and the time for the approval of documents will be reduced by about 5 times. |
The deployment of a digital platform for design and technological preparation of production will continue at TsNTU "Dynamics" until July 2022. Specialists will have to work out the processes of managing product requirements, group development of design documentation, digital approval, submission to the archive. Completion of the project on digital transformation of production processes is scheduled for August 2022
