The analysis of use of domestic software in workplaces of users of EAVIIAS

The Software product company executes the project on development and maintenance of the Uniform automated vertically integrated information and analytical system on conducting medico-social examination.

The uniform automated vertically integrated information and analytical system on conducting medico-social examination (EAVIIAS of ITU) is the standard information system operated in all federal institutions of medico-social examination in the territory of the Russian Federation.

A system is intended for process automation, connected with providing public service on conducting medico-social examination, by determination of level and the reasons of disability within the state statistical observation of the demographic list of the disabled people living in the territory of the Russian Federation.

Problems of information support of rehabilitation of disabled people

• Improvement of a system of accounting of structure, dynamics and categories of disability on the basis of use and improvement of the Uniform vertically integrated information and analytical system of ITU and accounting report forms ^[1]
• Creation of physical and information availability of expert, rehabilitation and situational services (reduction of a way of the disabled person)

Transition to new DBMS

The main objectives upon transition to new DBMS to the Isdanny ^[2]

• The analysis of need of correction of business processes (layer of business applications) is carried out upon transition to new DBMS (stored procedures and rules of work with them are changed, corrections of commit/rollback of transactions are executed, work with indexes and cursors and t, is changed)
• The analysis is made and the mechanism of information security support is specified.
• Procedures of data migration are developed and tested, in November-December, 2017 pilot data migration is carried out, migration of other GB of ITU is planned for 1 quarter of 2018:
• respect for the correct sequence of data transfer, referential integrity is executed, special mechanisms for the high-loaded transaction systems which work cannot be stopped are provided
• mechanisms of integrity checking and completeness of migration are developed.
• It was necessary to solve a problem of balancing of loading for a DB clustering on several servers.
• Reconfiguration of service procedures of service (administration) of a DB (the plan of rezervirovny copying, updating of indexes, features of polnotektovy search) is executed
• The problem determination of storage life of backups of an old DB and receiving from it data if necessary is solved.
• Within 1 quarter 2018 it is necessary to support parallel operation in two DB that leads to growth of necessary resources.

In September-December, 2017 based on Federal State Budgetary Institution FB ITU Mintruda Rossii testing for compatibility of the user environment on the basis of software products of the Russian developers is held:

Main results of testing

1. Testing is held according to the basic scenario of work with a FSIS EAVIIAS by ITU by start in Wine:

• the client EAVIIAS of ITU is started and connected to the database and servers of management;
• data in the form of survey are entered;
• output documents form;
• printing documents remain in the.docx format
• there is an opening in editors of MyOffice of the printing documents which are not containing password protection against unauthorized editing When testing errors are revealed:
• the printed forms in the.docx format containing password protection against editing do not open the editor of the text of the MyOffice Standard
• failures in operation of the module of creation of statistic reports in a state reporting form "7 social security" are mentioned

2. Software testing of VipNet CSP was held by installation of drivers on client client (for an USB token of JaCarta (Aladdin RD Ltd)). The version of software the Uniform client of JaCarta under Linux will appear in the second half of 2018. The certified version of VipNet CSP for Linux OS is planned at the end of the 3rd quarter 2018. A similar situation and with information security tools for Windows platforms and Linux - Dallas Lock. Certification of a product with the Basalt OS is planned for the 3rd quarter 2018.
3. The basic functionality of the automated PO1S is compatible about the OS Alt Linux workstation 8. At the same time support of functionality of the module "Printing of Labels and Barcodes" is impossible since it functions only in the environment of Microsoft Windows. This restriction imposes JSC GNIVC.

General outputs

• Operation of the tested configuration of the domestic software is possible in the functioning FSIS EAVIIAS of ITU (System), but is reasonable only after carrying out processing of a client workplace using technology of the thin client since work under Wine caused certain risks in connection with use of the intermediary of this kind (regarding reliability and performance) and due to the need of completion of Wine under technology of introduction of releases of software (releases are entered 1-3 times a quarter into the System).
• It is possible to perform implementation of the environment of the domestic software in structure of production environment of a System only after completion of certification of information security tools (VipNet csp and DallasLock) with all used software set.
• Prior to implementation it is necessary to perform long stress testing of a collected complex of the client software (the client EAVIIAS of ITU, the Basalt OS, the MyOffice office suite, the system software (drivers of printers and scanners), the client software of means of NSD and an antivirus Kaspersky).
• It is necessary to create effective technology of user training of a System and technology of the software remote installation in workplaces.
• It is reasonable to begin replacement of software on client places by delivery of new computers for jobs since at the moment all jobs are provided to the licensed software.

2011-2017

• The beginning of development – 2011;
