2021: Implementation of Integrated Business Process and Office Management System

On April 28, 2021, ER-Telecom Holding (trademarks "Дом.ru" and "Дом.ru Business") announced that as part of a digital transformation program to increase productivity, efficiency and quality of work with customers, it has embarked on an open hybrid cloud strategy and completed the first stage of implementing an integrated business process and office management system based on IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation.

At the first stage, more than 10 business processes in the technical infrastructure department were automated, including: network construction, connection, service and technical support for corporate customers. As part of the ongoing complex transformation, these business processes have been optimized to reduce the number of routine and manual operations, which is expected to increase productivity.

After the system is put into commercial operation, the company expects to reduce the timing of business processes and improve the quality of services provided to customers. In particular, customers will notice an improvement in service level and billing due to the automation of individual routine operations, noted in ER-Telecom.

Using the integrated IBM Business Automation Workflow solution, which is part of the open Cloud Pak for Business Automation platform, ER-Telecom uses the capabilities of an open hybrid cloud to automate digital workflows, both locally and in any cloud environment. This approach improves productivity by using intelligent automation to transform key operations.
