The Arbyte group and operator of telecom services ER-Telecom Holding completed the first stage of the project on control automation by IT infrastructure of telecommunication holding and its branches based on the LANDesk Software software products.
Objectives
The main objective of the customer - to increase efficiency of system administrators in branches due to automation of routine procedures and reduction of time for the solution of current indents of users. The project started at the beginning of 2012 Specialists of the Arbyte and ER-Telecom group the following tasks are implemented: collecting of inventory information about program both the hardware and setup of the reporting for planning and upgrades; providing and control of installation and updating of applications on a large number of computers; unification of jobs and adjustment of migration of the user profiles; providing high level of security.
