As a result of a market research, we got acquainted with consulting company INTALEV and opportunities of the software product "INTALEV: Corporate management". In the course of negotiations the conclusion is made us that approach of the company and wide experience of successful implementations and also functionality of the software product completely meet the above-named requirements.

Before the project specialists INTALEV conducted examination of our Company during which we approved project objectives, set terms and the sequence of execution of works. The project team developed architecture of an information system. We made the decision on system implementation on platform 1C8 using software products "INTALEV: Corporate management" and "1C: Management of trade enterprise".

Proceeding from the purposes of the top level, the project logically broke into 4 functional areas:

  • Methodology and development of regulations;
  • Automation of accounting, tax and management accounting;
  • Management of cash flows. Payment schedule;
  • Automation of budget planning.

As a result of implementation of the first stage of the project the financial structure of the company, a reporting form was developed, accounting, managerial, tax charts of accounts are developed, uniform managerial account policy is approved.

The working Payment center within which the most part of tasks is automated (check of limits of the budget, multilevel approval, formation of registers of payments and payment orders, integration of payments of a system the client – bank) became result of system implementation of management of cash flows.

"The budget regulations" which are the uniform document describing rules and a planning logic were developed for implementation of a problem of budget planning. On its basis setup of an automated system of planning was carried out.

It should be noted one of important advantages of approach INTALEV to system implementation there is a transfer to the Customer of technology of setup and development of a system. So, in the course of implementation our employees, along with consultants INTALEV, took active part in settings of the software product. Thanks to it, in an effect, we could provide independently training of all our employees who are involved in accomplishment of business processes in a system.

In a project deliverable, we received a single end-to-end system for conducting accounting, tax and management accounting practically on all our companies. Now a system services 41 enterprises, and the software product "INTALEV: Corporate management" regarding management of cash flows now is used by more than 70 employees of the different organizations which enter into the ESTA Group. Such approach considerably accelerates and facilitates obtaining the complete management reporting and also gives the chance of the comprehensive analysis, up to primary data.

Thanking INTALEV we could reduce terms by preparation of the management reporting and it is essential to increase its reliability and also received the tool which helps the management quickly and to react effectively to deviations on the budget.
