Since January 2025, Vostochnaya Tekhnika has introduced the ELMA365 platform and switched to tax monitoring. The strategic move has become an important part of the company's digital transformation agenda. Elma announced this on June 10, 2025.

The company has chosen a platform that closes key tasks within the framework of tax monitoring out of the box: archiving, digital document management, integration with EDO operators, support for interaction scenarios with Tax-3 AIS, as well as Low-code tools for subsequent adaptation of the system.

During the detailed study of the project and the preparation of the terms of reference, it turned out that all requirements are equally important and inextricably linked. After all, tax monitoring requires a high level of digitalization and automation in the company. Otherwise, there is a possibility that the project will turn into a factor of additional costs and expenses, - said Irina Goncharova, deputy financial director and project manager.

The company was faced with the question: how to implement this? And not only from a technical point of view, but also from an organizational and administrative point of view. It was clear that it was necessary to integrate digital automated processing of documents into existing business processes so as not to increase costs, - said Kirill Parubets, financial director of Vostochnaya Tekhnika LLC.

Such requirements and an approach to choosing a platform and supplier would give the company significantly more opportunities than only working in tax monitoring mode based on individual solutions, "Irina Goncharova emphasized.

We considered the project for the transition to tax monitoring, including as an occasion to look more broadly at the automation of processes. The choice of the solution depended on how the company would go into the digital future, without increasing the unproductive administrative burden on the business, - said Kirill Parubets.

During the project "East Technique" tested all scenarios of interaction with AIS Tax-3 and signed the necessary protocols with the Federal Tax Service. The implementation was accompanied by improvements, changes in requirements, work with the ELMA365 team and GNIVC specialists.

The most difficult thing in the project was not technical implementation or development difficulties, although this was also. The most difficult thing was the cultural transformation of business and employees along with the implementation of the solution and commissioning, - commented Irina Goncharova.

In fact, the solution based on the ELMA365 platform was closed by all the tasks facing the company at once, except for those that are designed to be solved by ERP and Russian operators of a legally significant EDO, "said Anton Berentsev. - The company without the involvement of the vendor can configure processes, change forms, create new automation nodes.
