DeLight 2000 equipped with the multimedia equipment the Center of innovations of Education

On June 26, 2019 the DeLight 2000 company announced project implementation on creation of multimedia complexes at the updated office of Prosveshcheniye Group.

After consolidation of all divisions of Prosveshcheniye Group in one building there was a need to equip office spaces with the modern multimedia equipment for increase in efficiency of joint work of employees. The DeLight 2000 company became one of project participants. The area of responsibility of the system integrator included several premises – two conference rooms and the Center of innovations. During project implementation it was decided to involve DeLight 2000 and in Digital Signage system deployment.

The relevance of the project on equipping is reasoned by conferences, seminars and meetings which take place in Education daily. At a development stage of the technical concept DeLight 2000 offered the idea of the main transforming hall allowing to use effectively office space. Depending on type of actions such hall can be separated into two certain premises, or work in a format of one big space. The solution was implemented in a conference room on the first floor. The multimedia complex included display systems of information, sound providing, switching and a congress system. The equipment and furniture picked up so that it was convenient to participants of actions to work with information, irrespective of the selected hall format.

The second conference room is calculated for work of the management of Group. As a fixed asset of display in it the LCD videowall is used, and the role of additional screens is executed by the individual monitors installed on a table. The created complex allows to hold sessions of VKS, to display information from personal devices of participants of meetings, messages audio-and a video of the held events. A system allows to manage the audiovisual equipment both from the hall using a control panel, and from the neighboring premises where the workplace for the operator is equipped.

Even before start of the project there was an idea to create excursion space for guests of office where it is possible to clearly demonstrate the main stages of development of Education. These premises received the name of the Center of innovations: using means of display in it in an interactive format achievements of the company will be shown. The center of innovations is equipped with two interactive projective systems and three LCD displays.

The DeLight 2000 company worked in close cooperation with architectural bureau that all equipment was combined with the offered interior design. The project included the equipment from the leading AV manufacturing – Samsung, Taiden, Crestron, Extron, Wolfvision, CTOUCH.
