Kuybyshevazot automated e-document flow on EleWise LegalDoc for Oracle e-Business Suite

On April 12, 2016 the EleWise company announced the beginning of the project of process automation of document handling of primary accounting and their transfer to an electronic form to JSC Kuybyshevazot on the software platform EleWise LegalDoc.

Project Tasks

Increasing efficiency of JSC Kuybyshevazot made the decision on process automation of document handling of primary accounting and their transfer to an electronic form.

The project will cover invoices, consignment notes, acts of the performed works, contractual documents and reconciliation statements. Document handling will be most automated and users will be able to focus on check of logic of the document and the connected actions.

Reorganization of work with documents requires integration of legally significant electronic document management into a corporate information system of the company, Oracle e-Business Suite.

For project implementation the product LegalDoc developed by EleWise company is selected.

We wait from LegalDoc and this project of decrease in our costs and document handling fall forward. LegalDoc will provide internal approval of the document, signing and interaction of the partner. Also there will be a possibility of almost instant preparation of any set of documents, for the response to an external or internal request. Project Completion

On November 21, 2016 Kuybyshevazot completed the project of automation of legally significant e-document flow.

It was succeeded to automate formation of documents completely: Federation Council, TORG-12, Act of execution of works. Creation of templates according to standard agreements is also automated. Functions of mass formation of documents and their signing are implemented, processes of purpose of tasks to the contractor of the document are configured.

All processes are implemented in LegalDoc. It is the software product which is completely integrated into the accounting system of the enterprise – Oracle e-Business Suite. Setup of processes and further development of e-document flow the command conducts Kuybyshevazot. Need of change of a product at the same time is absent.

Now Kuybyshevazot conducts systematic work with partners on transfer of document flow to an electronic form.

It will give powerful benefits to both parties:

• reduction of direct costs on sending correspondence;
• reduction of delivery time of the document;
• automation of manual transactions;
• simplification of preparation of answers according to requirements of FTS.
