2025: Directum RX Implementation
Engineering Center Power progress"" completed a project to integrate into a single branch infrastructure of the holding. The implementation of the platform Directum RX helped the company to unify, business processes increase their transparency and reduce labor costs for processing documents. This was Directum announced on November 14, 2025.
The main result of the project was the creation of a single digital space for interaction between the holding units. The introduction of Directum RX helped streamline document flow and lead it to corporate standards, as well as "defeat" process disunity. The connection to the general IT landscape of the holding accelerated the coordination of orders and internal documents.
As a result of the transition, it was possible:
- increase transparency of processes and control of performing discipline through adjustment of graphic panels and automatic reports;
- Reduce time by using templates to prepare standard materials
- increase the level of security and set up the distinction of access rights, in which the employees of Energoprogress see only the documents they need;
- establish an exchange with counterparties through EDO services (SBIS, Diadoc) directly from Directum RX.
The project was completed in a month and a half, the contractor was Directum's general partner, MayTek. The basis was the settings and improvements that have already been used in the parent company of the holding. The MayTek team adapted the work with 20 types of documents and 20 approval regulations, including contractual ones.
Energoprogress plans to further deepen integration with the holding by expanding a single digital space to make the work of employees even more convenient.
