"First Bit" helped "SAK Energogarant" transfer 2 thousand employees to "Bitriks24"

2023: Move to "Bitrix24"

Insurance company SAK ENERGOGARANT PJSC replaced the complex of IT systems with a universal corporate portal Bitrix24 for two thousand of its employees. A large-scale project for the company helped to implement the integrator of IT solutions "First Bit," which announced this on March 9, 2023.

A large number of employees of SAK ENERGOGARANT PJSC are distributed in 11 time zones in more than 250 representative offices.

The main goal of the company was to abandon the wide variety of IT systems in favor of one universal solution. This solution was the Bitrix24 system.

With Bitrix24, the company structure module received an updated interface, and the integration module with MS Active Directory received another logic for comparing employees and departments.

Also on the basis of Bitrix24, a full-fledged analogue of a specialized service-desk solution was developed - a mail parsing module. It automatically distributes incoming requests to specialists, finding keywords in the text. All incoming letters fall into Bitrix24, where they take the form of comments under specific appeals.

Thanks to the joint efforts of our team and colleagues from the First Bit, we managed to introduce a tool for employee communication, optimize the number of various IT systems, and most importantly - to introduce uniform standards of high-quality and professional work, - commented Alexey Anatolyevich Perov, Head of the IT Infrastructure Department of SAK ENERGOGARANT PJSC.
