Sheremetyevo International Airport in mid-May 2024 announced a tender for the introduction of domestic software for an automated engineering equipment control and control system (BMS). The purpose of this project is the import substitution of foreign analogues and the transfer of these systems to Russian software.
As reported in the published terms of reference, by May 2024, the airport's BMS system is based on, operating system Windows Windows Server and DBMS. During MS SQL Server the implementation of the project, these components will be replaced by domestic alternatives included in, register of Russian software such as Astra Linux Alt,,,, Red OSROSA OSNOVA,,,, and Postgres ProEd. Database.Linter Tantor Proxima DB
The import substitution process of BMS at Sheremetyevo will be divided into two stages. At the first stage, work will be held in Terminal B, Terminal B parking, Terminal C parking, Terminal C parking and inter-terminal crossing. In the second phase, the upgrade will affect terminals D, E and F, boiler houses, water treatment plants, treatment plants, heating stations, sewage stations and utility systems.
The new BMS system must comply with all requirements for information protection and information security provided for by federal legislation, Russia including facility requirements (critical information infrastructure OCII). Among the key functions of the new system are integration with monitoring systems (), Zabbix automatic generation and distribution of notifications, support for algorithms for machine learning predictive analysis of equipment health, as well as transmission of events to the Apache Kafka-based airport Message Broker system.
According to the terms of reference, the new BMS should provide universal adaptive web interfaces based on HTML5 and later versions, integration of 3D BIM models in.ifc format, as well as the ability to visually design engineering systems maintenance processes using the built-in graphical language.
Applications for participation in the tender were accepted until May 27, 2024, and the winner will be determined on May 29 of the same year. The total amount allocated for the BMS import substitution project at Sheremetyevo is 133.6 million rubles.[1]
