The Columbus IT company started control automation project implementation by business processes in the Russian company of the NCC group - Ensisi Stroitelstvo Ltd.

Bases of the project and choice of a system

The implementation project is designed to provide protection of interests of investors and a full compliance to corporate requirements and regulations of the Russian legislation.

The solution based on the Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 system was selected on the terms of the tender.

Main aspects

Were determined by key problems of implementation:

  • Creation of a common information space for all Russian companies entering into global divisions.
  • Setting of operational and strategic financial management by construction projects on all of them stages.
  • Providing full compliance of activity of the companies to requirements of the Russian legislation and rules of corporate management of NCC.
  • The organization of effective electronic document management regarding finance documents.
  • Exception of need of repeated data entry.

Implementation stages

The project consists of several consecutive phases: analysis of business processes and requirements of the customer, development of design of a system (design of the solution and functional design), creation and start, commissioning.

The phase "Analysis and Design" is complete in June, 2010.

Components

The implemented solution - integrated, covers the majority of key work areas of activity of customer company: budgeting, finance, financial management by projects, management of financial documentation, purchases and payments, sales and CRM, analysis of activity of the enterprise.

Expectations

In a project deliverable the staff of group NCC, group of Companies will receive the convenient and reliable tool for effective implementation of the set and current tasks.

Yury Nikitin, the information technologies manager and the project coordinator from the NCC group, comments: "The feature of this project is in what its implementation coincides with the period of very fast development of activity of NCC in Russia. It is necessary to consider a possibility of further changes both in business processes, and in requirements to a management system.
