The Eristovsky GOK implements ERP

On July 3, 2014 it became known of the project for development of a management system using the ERP system IT at Enterprise Eristovsky mining and processing works.

Project Tasks

Main objective of the project in creation of the most reliable archive of relevant technical documentation of Eristovsky GOKA on objects of capital construction.

EGOK - the large-scale enterprise with territorially dispersed production capacities and is relevant for the enterprise the need for creation of the debugged mechanism of remote operational approval of documents. The project team also intends to solve this problem by adjustment of archive of the technical information in the ERP system IT Enterprise.

"In IT Enterprise services EGOKA the "red pencil" function — means will be available to viewing drawings using which internal specialists of the enterprise, having received version of the drawing, will be able quickly to enter notes and without delay to transfer the document to the external contractor" — Andrey Kalita, the associate director on capital construction said.

It is expected that together with archive of documentation it is necessary to provide:

• Electronic storage of technical documents of the enterprise;
• Access to documents according to powers and the rights;
• Business processes of approval of documents are tightly regulated;
• Operational management of tasks for development/completion. Automatic mailing of tasks (notifications) to contractors. Timely control of completion dates;
• Transparency of work with documents:
  • journalizing of work with archives,
  • accounting of issue of the considered copies of documents;

• Efficiency of work with documents:
  • quick search on additional attributes,
  • visual search of the document in contents,
  • group unloading of documents;

• Integration into application programs;
• Automatic formation of the reporting;
• Coordination with processes of management of projects.

The Eristovsky GOK should implement the management tool technical document flow, operating control of terms and workmanship of works with documents, providing continuous access to relevant technical documentation.
