Due to the withdrawal from Russia of the foreign Atlassian Jira Service Desk system, which was used by the developer earlier, the Group needed a new solution. During the project, which started in November 2023, Etalon introduced the SimpleOne ITSM system, which allowed not only to preserve existing business processes, but also to significantly expand the capabilities of managing IT services. As part of the implementation, the following were implemented: a system for managing user requests, automatic assignment of requests based on keywords, distribution of tasks taking into account the current workload of specialists, integration with the mail system, Active Directory and monitoring systems.

As of January 2025, about 9,000 applications are processed monthly through SimpleOne ITSM in the Etalon Group, while the system supports omnichannel collection of requests by mail, phone and through the self-service portal. There are already more than 570 services in the service catalog in Etalon, which the company continues to develop as part of the SimpleOne solution.
