2015: Euroset placed corporate data in data center of IXcellerate

On September 10, 2015 Euroset announced the translation of the corporate data in data center of IXcellerate. Thus, the Russian retailer became the neighbor of Apple and Booking.com who in connection with the law on prohibition of data storage of the Russian users abroad began to cooperate earlier with this DPC.

Under the terms of the agreement of Euroset and IXcellerate, retail network leases more than 10 server racks of a high load processing data bulks (more than 100 Tbyte), but in the future can expand capacities in the volume necessary to. The Konnektivnost of systems is provided with Telecom Exchange company.

Euroset placed corporate data in data center of IXcellerate

According to the director of IT department of Euroset Alexander Talalykin, at the beginning of 2015 the company decided to replace the platform for storage of corporate data and announced the tender. His winner was IXcellerate which completely conforms to such main requirements of Euroset as reliability and reasonable price policy, Talalykin noted.

"Migration happens for the reason that we found more suitable conditions in all respects" — the representative of Euroset Elena Anisimova reported TAdviser.

The managing director of IXcellerate Dmitry Fokin assured that Euroset and other clients of data center always receive the maximum level of service, unlimited opportunities for expansion of a server framework and absolute financial transparency.

The press service of Euroset did not begin to reveal data center which before cooperation of the retailer with IXcellerate stored its corporate data.

Earlier IXcellerate agreed with Apple corporation and an online service of hotel booking of Booking.com about accommodation of these their Russian users in the data center located in Moscow.^[1]
