The IT company started an implementation project of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system in Evrostroy company. The CRM solution will allow the customer to control effectively accomplishment of technical supervision of construction of facilities, to conduct customer relations in uniform base, organizing complete documentary ensuring activity.
Solution
The company has geographically distributed structure: the central office in Moscow and regional departments. For effective control of contractors in all branches the company management made the decision on the organization of a common information space and creation of an electronic entity management system and customer relations on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 platform. The contractor of the project selected IT company which started the project at the beginning of 2012.
Plans and expectations
Implementation of the CRM system will allow to build more transparent business management of the company and to accurately control work of managers and experts with orders, orders, instructions, agreements and also to interact effectively with customers and partners.
During the project specialists of IT in addition to product introduction should modify a standard configuration of the CRM system, having provided a possibility of registration and approval of agreements and also storage functions on the server of electronic protocols and photos of objects behind which technical supervision is exercised. Besides, completions of the standard version of software for support of the main business processes of the customer will be executed.
It is planned that in a new CRM system more than 40 employees of different divisions of Evrostroy LLC company will work.
