2019: Building an accounting system based on "1C: Integrated Automation" for EUSTAS Firm

One of the companies in the field of geodetic services, Eustace, in February 2019 announced the end of the project to introduce an automated management system for its activities. The contractor was the federal 1C-Integrator WiseAdvice-IT, which implemented the 1C software solution: Integrated Automation 2.

EUSTACE was organized in 1991 by a group of geodetic engineers working in the field of special use of geodesy. The main activity was geodetic support of construction and monitoring of deformations (precipitation) of residential, industrial and public buildings and structures.

To meet the ever-changing legal requirements and growing needs of the company, it was necessary to optimize, standardize and unify the business processes of the enterprise, building a single management and accounting system. Such a system for EUSTACE became 1S:KA 2.

During the project, a target system model based on typical configuration capabilities was modeled and implemented. To solve the tasks set by management and optimize the work of employees, 4 key accounting circuits were automated:

• Sales management.
• Warehouse and Logistics Management.
• Purchasing and Supplier Relationship Management.
• Finance and management accounting.

Thanks to the automation of planning at the level of the entire company's activities, the relevance of budget use has been increased, a clear system of business analysis and prompt adoption of strategically correct management decisions has been built.
