On January 14, 2020 the Otkrytiye Bank announced that together with GlowByte implemented the loyalty program based on the software solution of the class CEP.

This IT platform allowed Otkrytiye bank to centralize products of loyalty and to personalize offers for clients. Clients of bank had a uniform loyalty program and an opportunity to receive at most from all banking services — a cashback, travel, savings.

Technical implementation of the project of a command of Otkrytiye and GlowByte bank was performed based on Evam CEP (Complex Event Processing) – the tool which allows to react to a customer behavior online. EVAM is integrated with the main ABS back office systems, processing, Internet and mobile bank, the client front. From the idea of the project before issue of new bank cards and connection of the first thousand clients there passed only four months - the term, short for the market.

The single platform allowed bank to accelerate start of products, to increase reliability and flexibility. The Otkrytiye bank had an opportunity to configure the actions which are instantly reacting to a customer behavior. It allows to choose the offers which are most suitable him for each client and to build interesting gamifications.

Our command aimed to make the loyalty program which differs from already existing in the market, - the head of development department of CRM solutions of Otkrytiye bank Andrey Fedorov noted.

The implemented platform allowed bank to start partner actions for short terms, to make changes to the loyalty program and also is a basis for start of gemifikatsionny mechanics, including for the game "Pack a Backpack". The platform considerably reduces time of employees for calculations and reconciliations for bonuses. The GlowByte command continues cooperation with a command of Otkrytiye bank, not only performing technology completions, but also configuring different business scenarios of actions in a system — Anastasia Horoshko, the architect of GlowByte commented.

The started loyalty program implemented on this platform became mass, interesting to each client of bank and demanded. For January, 2021 more than 1.8 million clients actively use maps with this loyalty program and participate in scenarios of bonus calculation.
