On June 25, 2019 the company SoftwareONE (before COMPAREX) reported that it helped the company "Faberlic" to lower load of HR service, having completed the project on implementation Chat-bot Charlie.
Business automation — the phenomenon not new, the world changes, people change and different instruments of interaction with them appear. Time of robots and chat-bots which automate internal processes of the company came, for example, save HR department from routine work.
The company the need for optimization of internal business processes and increase in level of productivity of employees pushed to implementation (Charlie's chat-bot is available from any platform). Also the automated system which would undertake routine HR tasks was required: order of references, equipment, requests for a holiday.
Specialists of SoftwareONE company (before COMPAREX) suggested Faberlic company to perform a pilot project of own solution for automation of HR functions.
Charlie's chat Bot is based on Office 365 services and works in corporate messendzheremicrosoft with Teams. Its server part is implemented on Microsoft Azure. In particular, Microsoft Bot Framework is used. Users can independently configure business processes using the built-in designer. It gives the chance using a basic set of scenarios in the Chat Botha, to automate the existing business processes.
Before start of a pilot project training of all staff of the company, and on a work progress was provided, from SoftwareONE (before COMPAREX) consulting support was given.
The project covered about 200 users.
Filing of applications, document creation – a long, tiresome and inevitable part of work. But using the chat-bot it can be made much more simply, using the application for submission of requests for references and statements. Employees got convenient access to all corporate services and resources from any device, thereby the company automated each step of interaction of HR of specialists with other employees, having excluded need to perform routine functions and to seriously save internal resources of the company.
