The data center "1C-Rarus" automated Factory of Windows company with the help "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of manufacturing enterprise". Implementation of a new information system allowed to cut down expenses on production on 10%. Scheduling of orders online is provided that positively affected improvement of customer service and increase in loyalty of buyers. The management had an opportunity to create data for an internal control system from the owner of business, to obtain data on financial activity of production, to define risks and ways of their leveling. 38 jobs are automated.
Due to the development of the company there was a need to arrange business processes, to increase controllability production. There were project particular purposes:
- 1. cost reduction on production
- 2. obtaining transparent data for an internal control system from the owner of business
- 3. improvement of customer service and increase in loyalty of buyers
- 4. distribution of an area of responsibility of employees and differentiation of access rights to information.
The 1C-Rarus company having extensive work experience with corporate clients became the partner in automation. For project implementation the configuration "1C:Enterprise 8 was selected. Management of manufacturing enterprise", allowing to keep management and account of financial and economic activity of the companies.
As a result of implementation the following sections are automated:
- customer relationship management;
- purchase management;
- production management (regarding accounting);
- sales management.
As a result of implementation the client got the following advantages:
1. The production cost accounting is changed. Earlier account was kept on production in general. A new system gives the chance to define marginality of each order. It allowed to select the orders making the greatest profit, to reduce number of unprofitable orders. Increase in profit due to reduction of unprofitable orders became the main result.
2. Exact calculation of materials for each order is set. Accounting of regulations of withdrawal of profile materials is automated, regulations are specified. It allowed to reduce by 10% of costs for materials, to set strict control of their use.
3. Direct material costs (a consumption of PVC, constructions, double-glazed windows, fixtures, etc.) on production sites are separated. Earlier penalties for defects were distributed on all production, now a system allows to trace costs of each division. Additional expenses of material are fixed in specially created document "The Superlimit Write-off Order for Accounting of Memos and Defects". In the document the reason for which additional material and also division is necessary is specified, i.e. at once it is visible on what section defects are allowed. The personal responsibility of employees is as a result defined, the production discipline increased.
4. In a system payment of goods is accurately controlled: it is impossible to make shipment of goods in the absence of payment; the order comes to production only after prepayment. It allows to avoid unauthorized shipments and financial losses.
5. Integration "1C:Enterprise 8 is configured. Management of manufacturing enterprise" with the information system used on production. Operational information exchange between sales departments, purchases and production is provided. The service of purchases can accurately calculate the number of required materials. The sales department is guided by sales of products most of which corresponds to production opportunities.

Thanks to implementation "1C: Predriyatiya 8" we raised a customer loyalty. To us there cannot be a situation when the customer waits the whole day for the master, and then it becomes clear that the order is not ready. In a new system we trace an order status. If delivery is delayed for some reason, we warn the client about postponement of installation date in advance.
Automation of ordering process excluded possible confusion at an accessories complete set. It means that there will be no situation when workers bring not those parts and they should come back on the plant, and to the client to spend extra time.
Earlier we could count a margin only on the plant in general. It was very difficult reveal in this case orders which yield us losses. Now we accurately know on what orders to stake in what direction to develop production. A system allows to control material consumptions: there are digits how many went to production how many in waste, therefore, we know in what change how many material was used why there are deviations from the set regulations. It positively affected labor discipline, allowed us to reduce costs for raw materials purchase. Operational management of the company due to automation of the main business processes moved to a new qualitative level – now the management can pay more attention to strategic planning and business development.
In the short term the enterprise considers the possibility of development of an information system regarding automation of logistic processes".
