The SoftBalance company completed automation of network of car services and shops selling auto parts of "Fareva". In the project the industry solution of DALION:AVTOMARKET is used.
Tasks
At first in work of the enterprise independently created software product was used. It became quickly enough clear that its completion takes away a lot of time, and does not result in desirable results. There was an attempt to use together with it the third-party program. As a result of many time also formation of the consolidated statements was spent on transfer of information from one system in another.
The decision - to pass to a new information system, more functional and convenient is as a result made, at the same time high-quality support of a system and a possibility of its completion according to features of business of "Fareva" were mandatory requirements. After the analysis of the offers existing in the market, preference was given to the industry DALION:AVTOMARKET software product.
Solution
Product introduction was performed far off. Employees of IT department of Fareva company performed installation of a product on places. Specialists of SoftBalance company made necessary setup of the program and executed a number of personal wishes of the client.
Results
Among results of implementation it is possible to note the following:

- The user-friendly interface of Quick sale helped to increase the speed of work of sellers, instead of formation of several documents now, as a rule, it is enough to press one button. As a result suitable versions of the order for the client are selected 2-3 times quicker, one employee can service 1.5 times more clients.
- The uniform, easily created analytics on the enterprise allowed to estimate a financial picture of business, to precisely count the size of necessary investments and to issue a suitable bank loan.
- Convenient and simple control of customer appeals and the analyst on it helps to review an assortment matrix that together with convenient assortment management and distribution of goods between warehouses allowed to increase turnover of goods by 30%.
