For the purpose of reduction of information flows, increase in efficiency of search of the necessary documents, the management of the agency made the decision on creation of an effective electronic document management system of the enterprise.
By the end of 2008 the number of users of EDMS exceeded 300 people.
System implementation of electronic document management based on the software tool BOSS-Referent. On the basis of the analysis of document flows, customization and setup of a system are performed. It is provided user training and administrators, regulations and instructions for work with EDMS are developed. Now upgrade and maintenance of a system in TsA of the agency, rendering technical support is performed. Distinctive feature of an electronic document management system is simplicity in system learning for users, practical and highly effective user interface, visualization, an opportunity to flexibly customize a system under specific needs of the enterprise.
