"Ferrero Russiya" updates and expands functionality corporate the intranet portal

The TopS BI company completed migration corporate the intranet portal of Ferrero Russiya Ltd on the Microsoft SharePoint 2010 platform.

Background

"Ferrero Russiya" pays much attention to information support of employees. Since 2007 in the company the intranet portal based on Microsoft SharePoint Server 2007 for which creation the TopS BI company was also attracted functions. This solution provides to employees news content and a number of additional services (the automated processing of requests, armoring negotiation, etc.).

In 2011 the management of Ferrero Russiya made the decision on the translation of the portal on the modern platform to get functional advantages – convenience of joint work, ease in management of documents, powerful analytical opportunities, enhanced capabilities of visualization. For migration implementation the intranet portal on SharePoint 2010 it was decided to address TopS BI.

Project

Within the project migration of all functionality the intranet portal and its data on the new version of SharePoint is carried out. In addition to transfer of usual services for informing employees and providing access to the reference information (the address directory, archive of documents, etc.) to them, on the new version of the portal the functionality on automation of collecting, processing and the analysis of the requests Service Desk is implemented. Within the project specialists of TopS BI developed new design the intranet portal according to corporate style.
