Ferrero Russiya completes the complex project of automation

On October 7, 2013 the Artayti Consulting company announced completion of implementing solution of automation of work of department of logistics of Ferrero Russiya Ltd.

Project Tasks

In the project it was necessary to integrate three computing systems: Docsvision platform, solution ABBYY Recognition Server and accounting system of SAP R3. The expected economy of temporary resources as a result of implementation of the project will make, by estimates of specialists of the company, up to 2 thousand hours a year that within workflow means up to 50% of economy of human resources.

The Ferrero company made the decision on need of automation of these transactions in connection with growth of number of shipments of goods, expansion of the list of the transport partner companies and need of frequent providing documents on demand in regulatory authorities. The project affects control of three main documents: the consignment note, the way bill and the printing documents of the client processed in the course of goods acceptance.

Project Progress

System implementation Docsvision "Approval of agreements" in the current project is decided to implement on the Docsvision platform at to support of the company Syntellect.

EDMS Docsvision With the accounting system SAP and the solution for process automation of input and document handling ABBYY Recognition Server Artayti Consulting developed for integration software package.
