The 1C-Rarus company completed the project of automation of the dealer of Volvo company"Ferronordik Mashiny" on the platform of the product "1C:Enterprise 8".

Solution

As a result of the carried-out analysis for creation of an information system the specialized solution for a car business "Alpha car: Motor show + Car service + Auto parts of edition 4" allowing quickly was selected and with the minimum completions to automate primary activity of the company and also the program "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" and 1C: Accounting 8.

All these solutions are developed on a single platform "1C:Enterprise 8" that allowed to carry out integration and to organize operational data exchange both between the accounting systems, and between branches of the company where they are implemented.

The project is complete and a system is brought into operation in three branches of of Moscow and St. Petersburg within three months.

During the project the 1C-Rarus company implemented the following tasks:

  • Automation of sales departments, personnel, accounting, financial department;
  • Data transfer from the old accounting systems in new;
  • Setup of data exchange with a management system for warehouse stocks and demand forecasting (a corporate system of Volvo);
  • Creation of the module of a time recording of the mechanics who are engaged in shop and exit repair.

Results

The information system created on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform covered more than 20 divisions in seven regions of Russia. In a common information space account of operational activity, personnel, accounting and tax accounting is kept. The transparency and controllability of business are provided that it is especially important in the conditions of its active development. Unification of the main business processes allowed to organize the operational and simplified start of new branches of the company.

The accurate and debugged company performance required operational deployment in all branches of the unified information system providing:

  • Automation of order placement and sales of the equipment;
  • Accounting of payment of buyers;
  • Status monitoring of settlement with suppliers;
  • Automation of trade in spare parts;
  • Accounting of service works and service of the equipment;
  • Personnel management and payroll;
  • Conducting accounting and tax accounting according to requirements of the Russian legislation.
