Fiolent plant reduced document management costs with Directum RX

2024: Directum RX Implementation

The business partner, Directum the company, MiTek completed the implementation of the domestic information system in 2.5 months. As a result of the project Russian , the manufacturer of professional and household power tools "" Fiolent structured the work of its employees and accelerated. Directum business processes announced this on August 23, 2024.

As a result of Directum RX implementation at FIOLENT:

• translated document flow into electronic form;
• formed a digital archive of incoming, outgoing and internal documents;
• improved customer experience by quickly accessing information related to their requests;
• Increased the transparency of business processes by being able to track each step of a task.

It was possible to build the work using the Financial Archive solution from Directum. On its basis, a single repository of electronic and paper documents was formed, signing facts are monitored, operational collection and unloading of the necessary information is carried out at the request of the regulatory authorities.

The FIOLENT plant plans to further expand the functionality of the system.
