We continue to improve and develop the electronic document management service in our network with the participation of F.Doc. In the near future, we plan to transfer all online interaction with customers to a mobile application. That is, documents for signing will not come to SMS, but to the client's personal account. This will affect customer confidence in the online signature format, increase the convenience of the service, as well as the convenience of storing online documents, "said Alexander Garankov, Network Development Director.

The company signs hundreds of car service documents daily and spends a lot of resources on printing and storing them. It is also not always convenient for customers to store paper documents and search for them before the next trip to the car service. The introduction of the Paperless F.Doc Office has helped make the process of signing a diagnostic card much easier and more reliable. Everything is implemented in 1C, to which employees are already accustomed, so I did not have to study other programs,
noted Network Development Director Alexander Garankov.

The user script takes a couple of minutes, which is much faster than the classic signing of documents on paper. The process is as follows:

  • the client enters the FIT SERVICE landing from the phone and confirms consent to electronic signing of documents;
  • the operator generates client documents for service in 1C and presses the paperless signing button;
  • The system sends documents to F.Doc
  • the client receives a link to a document in a messenger or SMS, gets acquainted with the content of the documents and signs in a few clicks using a one-time code;
  • F.Doc transfers the signing status of the document to 1C;
  • the operator sees that the documents are signed.

Integration with FIT SERVICE is a technically complex project that required the participation of a large development team. However, 1C is one of the most common accounting systems in Russia, and this project helped to gain interesting experience with the service. The company is pleased to cooperate with such a large infrastructure service company and was able to enrich expertise in the field of automotive service,

The integration of F.Doc into FIT SERVICE business processes made it possible to bring customer service in the car service to a different level of digitalization. At this stage, the risks of losing documents have been eliminated and a platform has been created for service scenarios with remote conclusion of contracts. 100% of documents are electronically signed on connected service stations; further steps to develop the project are being discussed.
