Fix Price is an international chain of stores offering a wide range at affordable fixed prices. Since the opening of the first store in December 2007, the company has grown to 5949 outlets in Russia, Belarus, Latvia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, and has become one of the leaders in the retail segment.

To strengthen customer experience and increase the efficiency of interaction, the brand initiated a digital transformation strategy. As part of this process, the company turned to InfoShell to develop a high-tech mobile application.

The created platform has become not only a tool that simplifies access to the assortment, bonus program and shares, but also a key element that helps the company increase customer loyalty and strengthen its position in the global market.
