2025^ Results of the robot recruiter introduction

In 2025, the Fix Price chain grew to 7,500 stores, and artificial intelligence-based robot recruiters are recruiting for them. Prof IT announced this on September 4, 2025.

The company launched recruitment robots for mass selection in December 2022 and already in 2023, robots selected 23% of the total number of candidates for linear positions in Fix Price.

In 2025, efficiency increased 2 times compared to 2024: now the robot sends 50% candidates for an interview. This result was achieved thanks to the use of artificial intelligence, the expansion of channels and sources for searching for candidates, and the optimization of the process of interaction with candidates. A comprehensive solution fully automates the selection and communication with candidates.

Fix Price carried out this work with his technology partner, Prof IT, which develops conversational assistants based on artificial intelligence. Virtual recruiters are developed on the Vocamate AI platform and combine the functions of conversational and RPA robots.

Robots not only communicate with candidates, but also autonomously solve a wide range of problems: select resumes in different sources, communicate by phone and in chats, independently launch outgoing calls, process incoming requests, receive and enter data into systems and much more.

In two and a half years, the company opened about 1.9 thousand of its own new stores. Our robot recruiter has become a real assistant to the HR team. Robots are trained on real-world selection methods, so they provide maximum candidate evaluation quality and prevent errors.

Repeated contacts are fully automated in the system. If a candidate misses an interview, the robot contacts them again, offering an alternative convenient meeting time. The robot sends an invitation to the candidate, and the recruiter sees the contact report in the database.

Robots independently find out whether the applicant is ready to consider a job offer and recommends the vacancies closest to the place of residence in the chain's stores.
