On April 13, 2022, Fix Price, a Russian chain of low fixed-price stores, announced that it had introduced a full-cycle Skillaz recruiting system to automate personnel recruitment processes: cashier sellers, administrators, store managers, packers, as well as specialists and managers. Its application reduces the time for finding and selecting employees.

Skillaz simplifies the work of recruiters by working in "single window mode" (all tabs with sites are combined into one), automatically publishing job advertisements at various sites and automatically collecting responses from them. The system allows you to conduct a dialogue with the candidate through email, SMS and instant messengers. The time saving of the recruiter is also due to the auto search, which finds resumes on sites with vacancies according to the specified parameters and downloads them into the database for further processing. Point selection employees managed to evaluate such a function as sending a ready-made job offer, which is created in Skillaz.

Due to the automation of the recruitment process, it is expected that the closing time for vacancies will be reduced by more than 30%.
