Unistream automated preparation of the reporting based on Flextera BI

On December 12, 2016 the Unistream Bank and Diasoft company announced project completion on process automation of reporting for the Bank of Russia — 22 report forms are put into commercial operation.

Thanks to implementation of IT solution of Flextera BI "Reporting of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation" process of preparation of the reporting became uniform and clear for all employees of the bank. Preparation of reports in one application allowed to unify accounting and, as a result, to reduce labor costs and to reduce quantity of errors. During the project more than 20 report forms, including 102, 115, 135, 123, 401, 410 and others were automated.

The Diasoft company and CB UNISTREAM (JSC) signed the agreement on delivery and implementing solutions of financial architecture of FLEXTERA for support of the growing business amounts on money transfers.

Solution

The high-performance and scalable solution of FLEXTERA completely corresponds to the development strategy of bank.

Objectives

During the project in bank the centralized solution regarding a back office design of transfers of UNISTREAM, clearing calculations between participating banks of the UNISTREAM system (today it is about 300 banks), carrying out calculations through settlement network of the Bank of Russia and SWIFT network, settlement and cash transactions and creation of the obligatory reporting will be created.

As "end-to-end" business processes are the cornerstone of all solutions of Financial Architecture of FLEXTERA, the Bank will be able to lower costs already in the nearest future, to increase operational efficiency and profitability of the products and services.

"Permanent growth of the customer base and the number of the performed operations demanded from Bank of optimization of the existing IT system. Expectations

The new generation of software products of FLEXTERA implemented in a multi-tier architecture on the JavaEE platform according to the principles of SOA will provide creation of a common information space of the organization and will promote substantial increase of efficiency of business processes and customer service qualities.

Besides, the solution will help to check all performed operations regarding counteraction of legalization of income gained in the criminal way and to terrorism financing.
